			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our product team is constantly adding cool features so that publishers have more flexibility when using our tools to create a rich video experience on their website. The latest enhancement is to the Content API—adding a &#8216;Search API&#8217; to include a way to query media that meets specified search criteria.   </p>
<p> Now publishers can create an enhanced media search query—the request can extend across multiple parameters, and set the filter type by: &#8216;any&#8217;,'all&#8217;, or &#8216;not&#8217;. Now I can execute a search like this one: </p>
<p> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Example Search:</span>  Return all media that has a tag of &#8216;football&#8217; or &#8217;soccer&#8217; that exists in channel &#8216;Duke&#8217; and does not have a state of error.</p>
<p>                (tag:football OR tag:soccer) AND (channel_id:Duke AND -state:error)</p>
<p> AND I can use any of the following media properties in my search: </p>
<ul>
<li>media_type {Video, Audio, LiveStream}</li>
<li>state {New, Uploading, Processing, Publishable, Published, Deleted, Error}</li>
<li>title </li>
<li>description</li>
<li>tag</li>
<li>original_filename</li>
<li>created_after  - &lt;Search for all media uploaded after a particular epoch date&gt;</li>
<li>updated_after &#8211; &lt;Search for all media updated after a particular epoch date&gt;</li>
<li>published_after - &lt;Search for all media published after a particular epoch date&gt;</li>
<li>channel_id &#8211; &lt;Limit search to a particular channel&gt;</li>
<li>Values for existing custom metadata properties can also be searched. For each custom property you wish to search, include the following as a parameter: custom_property[&lt;custom_property_id&gt;] = &lt;custom_property_value&gt;</li>
