Here at Delve Networks we always strive to make our products easy to use. While our customers tell us they love our user interface, from time to time we also get the feedback that some tasks are initially a little hard to figure out without some help. If you are like me, you don’t like to read documentation or request help -you just want to get down to business immediately.
That is why on our latest release, when a new customer logs in to our console for the first time, they will be greeted with helpful hints that walk you through the process of publishing your videos to a website. If that is not enough, a HELP link is now more prominently displayed throughout the application.
Of course, if you still need a little more hand holding, our support staff is only a phone call or email away. But we have now given you one more reason not to talk to us -we’ll take that as a compliment.
