Like any product manager, I get excited about great new products Delve has shipped and will ship in the future. This week, however, rather than write about a big product release, I am writing about a bunch of little improvements that make our product better. I think these changes are also pretty exciting (and I hope our customers feel the same way too.)

For instance, if you sign in to our video CMS, you will notice that videos and channels now load much faster than they did before. Moreover, the user interface now provides better feedback to let our users know what is going on while files are being loaded.

We also have made improvements to the Player Builder. Unlike previous versions of the Player Builder, you can make on-the-fly changes to the pixel width of a video player via a graphical control -no need to go into advanced editing mode to accomplish this task.

The Delve player also benefited from improvements. For example, the player loads much faster on web pages. Also, users can now select among all of the available bitrate renditions of a video. Lastly, we have made improvements to our encoding process to make videos look even better than they did before.

I still love the big features -and Delve has many big releases in store in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, we will continue to make the small improvements that make our products more enjoyable and our customers more productive.
